Information You Submit
Search-box entries, such as a name, telephone number, or address, are sent to the provider that supplies the results. Our servers do not retain a copy. If you contact us, we receive the content of that message and use it to respond.
Automatic Technical Data
Hosting systems create standard logs that can include an IP address, browser type, visited pages, and times. We review aggregate information to maintain the service and understand general use. Basic analytics or advertising measurement may use cookies or similar tools.
How Information Is Used
The limited data supports operation, troubleshooting, traffic measurement, and improvement. We do not sell visitor lists or create individual visitor profiles.
External Services
Links lead to county and Pennsylvania portals, libraries, archives, and third-party search tools. The privacy terms of those destinations apply to information entered there, including information submitted through sponsored search results.
Service Providers and Legal Requests
Hosting and support vendors may process the technical logs described above. Analytics and advertising partners can receive automatic data. Information is disclosed only when valid legal process requires it.
Safeguards
The service uses an encrypted connection. Logs are retained only for the purposes described here. Because there are no site accounts, the site does not hold a visitor password or profile.
Visitors Under 18
The service is intended for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from a person under 18. Contact us if you believe a minor submitted information so it can be removed.
Your Privacy Choices
Depending on location, a visitor may have rights to request access, correction, or deletion of personal data held by a website. Pennsylvania research did not identify a comprehensive statewide consumer data-privacy statute or universal deletion tool. Because the site holds very little, a request usually concerns the contact mailbox or server logs. Use the Contact page. Pennsylvania public records, including records subject to the Right-to-Know Law, Act 3 of 2008, remain with their actual custodian.
Policy Revisions
A revised policy will appear on this page. Continued use after publication of a revision means acceptance of the updated policy.
